Interview experience:
The gouge on the interview was accurate. I had a friend who has worked there for a few years who just upgraded to captain, walk in my resume so I had an idea what to expect if I took the job. I have a really good 135 job so I am not desperate to leave my gig for $16,000 a year, not get paid for training and to live in MEM at my own expense/risk. The interview went fine up until I started asking questions and comparing the answers to my friend who walked in my resume.
