Interview experience:
All of the previous gouge is relatively correct. Arrived at about 7:45 with everybody else. At about 8, Bob Trout came in and led us all into a class room for us to take care of all of the testing. Everything was very relaxed. He told us to take off our jackets if we wanted to and was very specific about what they were looking for on the tests. Don't worry about the tests. The first test was a fifty question all T and F. Similar to the MMPI. The second was about 150 questions with Agree, Disagree, or no answer. Bob will explain what to do and what not to do. I was as honest as I possibly could be. You cannot study for this so don't try to beat the test. Just be honest. The fifty question written was sort of a joke if you have any instrument experience and you spend some time with the ATP written. Do not study
