Interview experience:
The previous gouge is right on. There were 7 of us interviewing, 4 furloughed 121 guys, 2 135, and one retiring Marine. We got along great and had plenty of time to talk with each other, which eased my nerves a little bit. Bob Trout does an excellent job with the interview process. It was much more enjoyable than I ever imagined. We started by taking two different Personality tests. One of them asked whether you agree, disagree or neither. The next part was a 50 question ATP type test that is acurately described in previous gouge on this site. Mr. Trout gave us a company overview after the technical
