Interview experience:

First off, you gotta get yourself there on your own. It was a four-hour drive for me, so no big deal. Stay in one of the hotels the night before, the Baymont is where I stayed. Nice place, and not too expensive. When you walk in you will be given an application with all the usual stuff, but there is a systems question, compare free-spool turboprop engine to geared turboprop engine. No-brainer. Also three things you would change about your current (or last) flying job. The rest is obvious stuff, flight time grids, previous employers, education, etc. No systems questions beyond that on the application. We interviewed with the Chief Pilot and the HR lady who you probably faxed or e-mailed your stuff to in the first place. The first half is mostly her asking HR stuff, like "name a time you stepped up to the plate and took charge of a situation," "are you logical or intuitive," "what would your friends say about you,"
