Interview experience:

basically, everything is as the previous gouges. everybody there is really nice, but beware, because they try to put you at ease to see the real you. remember, they are not your friends! first start with a video, then a 60 question written mostly about IFR stuff. make sure you study the AIM and the instrument flying handbook. then the HR interview, pretty painless, about 10 questions (the basics) and the off you go to the tech interview. no real big dea
