Interview experience:

Interviewed at the Flight Safety Long Beach. First day started with a company brief by three EJA Captains. Very personable guys, and made us feel extremely comfortable. Schedule was then handed out for the inteviews and sim (King Air 200). The interviews were very laid back. We all sat in the lounge talking while each candidate cycled into the interview room for about 30 minutes each. Two captains would interview while the third either talked with us in the lounge or took a break. Everybody had a different interview with questions ranging from
