Interview experience:
If you are looking to build time this is NOT the company to work for. If you want plenty of time off to do other things and still fly & get paid the best salary of any commuter/cargo operator (25K to start F/O) you will find, then MAC is a great company to work for. Please don't apply and then whine about not flying! The interview is about a 2 hour process. You meet everyone that happens to be around at that time and dat
