Interview experience:

Interview was held in STL. Just as everybody else explained, it was an impressive operation. Exec Jet flies you there and provides lodging during the inteview. We started at 8am (hotel provides ride to FSI) with a "how do you do" then about an 1 long company presentation then everybody got there schedules for the two day event. There were about 20 of us ranging from Sun Country, USAir and Midway furloughees, to commuter guys, to corporate guys. No girls. Of the 20 of us, only 2 completed everything the first day. The rest of us split it up over two days. I was fortunate enough to do the interview the first day followed by the sim the next. To me it was a relief to get the interview over with because then i didn't have to go back to the room and cram even more for it. Plus, having the sim the second day allows you t
