The AIR, Inc. gouge is outdated. Sim profile is right; that happens first evening and you are called at hotel and told whether you passed. If not, go away. If so, come in for 2nd day. 2nd day starts with short paperwork review by admin assistant, then the two interviews. May do in either order. One is a 2 v 1 panel. First they review your licenses and logbooks. Then they ask you to give the Reader’s Digest version of your life. Then they ask 8 set questions and seem to grade by circling below/average/above on about 5 elements for e
