All the gouge on this website was right on, with two updates. JetBlue changed the format of the interview so that you are interviewed by one Captain and one HR person at the same time. They said this came from feedback from the people they were interviewing on the out-brief, who were telling them they were being asked the same question twice (one in each interview). It’s very efficient now; you are done in one hour with the new format. Also, the package they send you for your interview prep requires you to bring 3 letters of recommendation.
