Interview experience:

Airlink flew me to Memphis the afternoon before and recommended the Radisson airport, which provides transportation to the interview. The hotel is nice, but if aircraft noise bothers you, expect to wake up about 3:00 a.m. with the sounds of FedEx aircraft. The hotel shuttle me and one other candidate to the headquarters at about 8:00 for the 8:30 interview. When we arrived, the receptionist said that they expected seven to interview that day. Everyone showed up and the process began with an overview of the airline with Ms. Grantham (H.R.), Mr. Terry Medford (Chief Pilot), and about 5 other line captains / management personnel.
