Interview experience:

Arrived to the interview about 50 min. early and was met by very nice jet Blue people and given a name tag. There were two tables with jet Blue employees around them. The first table there were about 4 to 5 people who greeted you and asked for your paperwork (make sure all your paper work is there completed and in order just like the check list they send you, makes things go faster) which they make sure is in order and completed using the check list. They then ask for your log books which are given to pilots who are seated at the next table. There were about 5 to 6 pilots that were going over the log books at the second table (it appeared that they were just checking that everything was there and in order nothing to extreme). Then went to a large meeting room where I met Al Spain and Lanny McAndrew who were already talking to potential candidates (jam session).
