Interview experience:

I am furloughed 121. Sent in for application in Sept. of 2001, and received and mailed in Oct. of 2001. Got “we will invite for interview letter” in Nov. of 2001. Received six month update in June of 2002. I had only flown about two hours in a 172 since furlough, so I put that down, mailed it and figured that I would never hear from NetJets again. Got called in August 2002 for a Sept. 2002 interview in Houston. I know nobody at NetJets. I say this to let those of you in my same boat know that there is hope for unconnected types. All gouge on this site is still spot-on, but I feel it my duty to relate my individual experience. Flew down the day before on NetJets' dime—very nice, thank you. First day for me consisted of the hour presentation which was split between Flight Safety and NetJets. They then handed out the schedule which, over the course of the day, got revised about three times--so stick around until the afternoon, even if you don’t do anything until day two.
