Interview experience:

The interview experience at Air Wisconsin was very friendly. Everyone at headquarters in Appleton tries to make you feel very comfortable from the time of reporting in the morning until you are done with the interview mid-afternoon. There were three other applicants interviewing the day that I interviewed. The morning started out with reporting at 8:00 to the front desk of headquarters on the second floor of the Appleton airport terminal (Outagamie Co. aiport). At 8:30 Kristi Christman came to take us into the conference room for a thorough company briefing on where the company is presently and what their future growth plans are. We all rode in the same taxi cab to the simulator evaluation which is about 15 minutes from the airport at one of the BAe-146 pilots house. He operates the simulator a
