Interview experience:

Flew into Dayton the night before and stayed at the Dayton Airport Hotel (only $33)The interview is held right across the street. The next morning a van will take you over there. There were 6 of us. We all sit in a room facing the pilot recruiter who is now Ken Sellers. He is really nice and introduces himself and asks all of us general questions probably to put us at ease. Then the timed tests begin. Don\'t ask questions after the time has started. The first is 35 questions, word math problems, you can\'t use a calculator or scratch paper, its all mental.
