Interview experience:
My experience was exactly like previous reports. At 0830 the six of us interviewing went into a conference room and took the written test. Look at previous posts for the test questions and include one more question: when did AWAC start? 1965. Then we listened as Kelly ?? went over the company. The usual talk about pay, benefits, domiciles, upgrades, etc. She is a 5 year D328 captain on maternity leave that is helping out with the interviews. After a short Q&A we were broken into groups of 3, one group goes to the sim and the other to the HR interview. I was the first sim victim. The sim is at an AWAC captains house and he really makes you feel comfortable with refreshments, cookies, candy bars, coffee, etc. The sim profile is very detailed and is based off the BAe 146 operating procedures.
