Interview experience:
Interview 24 & 25 Sep 2002 Holiday Inn Select seems to be the gouge of choice for most of the interviewers as 5 of the 6 in my group were staying here. Their shuttle is very reliable and painless to use, but give yourself about 20-30 minutes prior to any show time at FedEx. It is better to sit around and wait in the training center as apposed to waiting for the shuttle and being late. Four military guys; 2 Navy, 2 Air Force. 2 civilian guys; one with an Air Force background; and a regional airline pilot, all civilian time. All great guys, would work with any of them. The first day was an early show for the simulator evaluation. Check in at the window with a picture ID and the guard will give you a sticker nametag. We all gathered in the cafeteria where we were met by Sandy. He offered us coffee before we went upstairs to a classroom to brief the group. The brief lasted about 45 minutes and was really just a bull session meant to try and relax us a little bit…didn’t work. After getting all the nervous questions out of the way we marched down to a sim briefing room and while Sandy was setting up the sim, we all determined the order. The profile is very similar each time, and very easy. Don’t worry about tryClick here to view all 18 interviews for Federal Express
