Interview experience:
It was my first airline interview so I was naturally nervous, but overall it was a very plesant experience. Everyone from the HR ladies to the pilots were super nice and really tried to make you feel comfortable. At first they showed us a video about their company, then Laurie the head of HR talked about the company history and projected growth, and finally their cheif pilot got up and spoke for a few minutes about the job, training, possible bases etc. After the speech everyone sits in this conference room and waits eagerly for their name to be called. Once your name is called you are taken to a private room where the interview is conducted. There is no sim and no written test, just a mix of technical and HR questions. My interview was conducted with 1 HR rep and 3 other captians sitting at the other end of the table.
