Kalitta Charters Pilot Interview:
First of all, I want to clarify that this is not Kalitta Air. This is Kalitta Air Charters. The interview was a 90 minute chat with the chief pilot and a line pilot, who was also the director of training. The interview was mostly technical questions from the insturment and ATP books. Know your NOS plates cold. Know your lost comm. procedures cold. The company has great pay and benefits, and I can't wait to start training. I was told they wanted to hire me at the conclusion of the interview. I can't find anything bad on the company, and I'm glad to have the chance to fly for them.

2. Where do you see your aviation career going?
3. Tell me about your last emergency.
4. Tell me about the a/c systems you fly.
5. How does a governor work?
6. What would you do if you entered a T-Storm?
