Interview experience: The overall experience was good. There were two other applicants. We met at 1 pm with Pauline,Mike,and 4 line pilots. We were presented with a power-point on the company which lasted 20 mins. at most. We were then either sent to talk with Pauline(HR),and a line pilot,or Mike(CP) and a line pilot or to wait in the break-room. They reviewed your paperwork and as previous gouges mentioned,strictly TMAAT questions. No sim,no technical just a professional chat. My advice be excited,smile,demonstrate that you really want to work there. Oh yeah and talk to the other employees that stop in the break-room. That's a good thing.
