    Problems are meant to be solved and in hospitality their should not be a word called problem by our side.

    Yes, but simply a negative person or a co-worker that does the job of half measure.
    Yes, due to his bad approach and negative attitude.
  5. What is your weakness?
    Not hearing/interrupting a person. Speak less/listen more!
    A little bit emotional which is least accepted in hospitality industry, but working over it.
  6. Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a policy at work, how did you handle it?
    I have always spoken with my direct superior to understand the policy better and how it pertains to the current situation. I don't know of a time that we've not been able to find the compromise.
    Till date faced only minor issues which was easily handled.
  7. Tell me about a time when you were faced with a crisis at work.
    During my time when working at a hotel, a guest walked in to check in and it turned out he booked the wrong hotel with the same name in a different location. we assured him that everything will be straightened out.. called the hotel and canceled his reservation and had him set up with us.
    I was in a home sale closing and the buyer and seller got into a fist fight over a contractual issue. I calmly sat them down and showed them 1 simple word that had changed the terms. We were able to continue the sale of the home.
    At ******** when there was a shortage of staff and the flights were delayed, we had to face a lot of problems i.e. lack of manpower and I was the shift supervisor.
  8. Tell me about a time when you were recognized by you peers for outstanding performance.
    Exceeding my managers expectations when communicating with customers.. making sure every customer that walked into the store was spoken to with a great attitude
    Appointed as "Entrepreneur of the Year," by Forrbes magazine AND Craines, for a business I started.
    Served Mr. ********* for three days as his personal butler and it was great success for which I was rewarded the best employee of the month.
  9. What do you like most about your job?
    I am delighted when a family buys a home with complete satisfaction and are so grateful that I've found the home of their dreams. Gratitude at it's best.
    Every thing related to a good job satisfaction.
  10. What do you like least about your job?
    Defining what types of homes a couple really wants, while they loudly declare their different likes/dislikes.
    Political interference.
