  1. Why do you want to work for Frontier Airlines?
    I would like to be a flight attendant for frontier airlines because I have excellent customer service skills and i am able to communicate with people on a professional and personal level. this is one of my best assets. I feel i would be an excellent representative of this airline.

  4. What would you do if another FA did not want to serve the passengers when you were on a flight?
    I would ask why not, then continue to make sure every passenger was served.
    I would talk with them to see if there was a problem such as not feeling well if they just didn't want to do service I would tell them I would help and we will get it done together.
    I would let him/her know that it would take me twice as long to serve all the passengers without her/his aid and ask politely for her/him to reconsider. I would simultaneously begin my duties.
    I would just take over and complete her job with no questions asked.
    Ask if there was anything wrong, listen and find a solution together that would put our passengers first.
  5. Do you have any visible tatoos?
    My answer was yes And she said there was no need to go any farther. Frontier had a very strict No tattoo policy.
  6. Give three words to describe a bad Flight Attendant.
    Poor customer service.
    Inattentive, grumpy and Curt.
    Lazy, Rude, Uncaring
  7. How would you handle a situation if another FA was being given a hard time by a passenger?
    I would ask the FA if there was anything I could do to help , then see if we could resolve the situation as a team
    I would kindly interrupt and inform other FA he/she is needed elsewhere and takeover with passenger introducing myself, sourcing the problem and do whatever I can to find a resolution.
    I would approach him/her and pull them aside from the other passengers and find out what was troubling them.
    Ask the F/A if there was anything I could help with. Then ask if she could help me to try and calm the passenger.

    I am a very dedicated, motivated person. I pride myself in being able to work with all types of personalities and being able to handle difficult situations in a positive manner.
    I am definitely people oriented and love interacting with different types of people on a daily basis.
    I am very safety orientated, have excellent customer service skills, ability to think fast on my feet without jeopardizing passenger comfort or safety.

    He gave me great feedback and kept a positive perspective on everything.
    Having a great relationship with my supervisor is a great motivator.
