    Politely remind the customer of the policy and how it is in place for the safety of all passengers. Offer alternative solutions (if any) to accommodate the customer while remaining compliant with company policy. If the customer refuses to comply with company policy, refer them to a supervisor.

    I would never question the company's values. If I question the company values don't think it would be a good fit.
