1. Tell me a time of being dishonest to a customer?
   I would never be dishonest to a customer as they are the backbone of the business.

   I work in restaurants. I am used to working with the public.
   20 years in sales customer service keeping the core values of the company in mind lead me to a promotion. My offices were very successful.

4. Describe a time when a customer didn’t follow a policy, how did you handle the situation?
   Politely remind the customer of the policy and how it is in place for the safety of all passengers. Offer alternative solutions (if any) to accommodate the customer while remaining compliant with company policy. If the customer refuses to comply with company policy, refer them to a supervisor.
   
5. When was a time you questioned your company values?
   I would never question the company's values. If I question the company values don't think it would be a good fit.
   I agreed to the company values when I agreed to employment. I trust the team that put the company values together. If the company values don't make sense, that is something I need to discover and research prior to employment.

   I would never question the company policy.
   I would not do anything against company policy.
   
7. Tell about a time that you disagreed with a fellow Co worker, what did you do, what was the outcome?
   I politely asked the coworker if we could privately discuss the issues.
   I politely asked the coworker if we could privately discuss the matter and I told my opnion and she told hers then we went to the manager to get the correct answer.
   I asked them why they thought or did what they did? I listened to their reasoning and made my assessment as to whether I still disagreed with them or not.

   I would never lie for the manager, as it would affect the company values as well as it would hurt the company and my reputation.

   I love to travel. I am looking for new experiences and have experience working with the public, though these two things just make sense together.
   I have always wanted to be a flight attendant, with my love of travel and excitement to meet new people it’s always been a dream of mine.
   
10. Tell us about a time when you went out of your way to make a customer feel special.
    I try to do this with each and every customer I come in contact with even if it is as small as a “I love your earrings” compliment.
