    I would let them know that discussing another coworker in front of a passenger is unprofessional and should not be disputed while working. If it continued, I would feel the need to let my supervising flight attendant know.
    I will interrupt the conversation by directing their attention to something else.
    I would ask one of the coworkers a question to interrupt their conversation.
    I would pull the two coworkers aside and explain that even though what is being said may be true they can get in trouble for discussing this in front of the passengers. I would also remind them to put themselves in the other person's shoes. Always treat others the way you want to be treated, or better!

    My last job gave me a ton of customer service experience that I will be able to apply while I’m working as a flight attendant.
    I was a Bartender/server. I also did certified nursing assisting. Lots of customer service. So always working with lots of people .
  9. Tell about a time that you worked with a difficult co-worker?
    situation: my coworker had been drinking the night prior and came into work hungover and not prepared to work. task: figure out a way to work with her so I could provide the best service to my customers as possible. action: decided to have her prepare drinks and watch the window for food so I could take care of the customers result: customers were happy and my coworker was able to work mostly "behind the scenes" since she was not feeling well
    I stayed focused on the responsibilities of my job duties and and respond to my co-worker on a professional level only that pertains to the job.
    I had a conversation with the person and made it clear that we were there for a common goal and she could choose which duties she wanted to complete and I would do the remaining. It worked out great.
    No matter where you go someone will be difficult so just expect it.

    I think I have great customer service skills that will help me excel in this position. I also have qualities such as an outgoing personality, dependable, and responsible worker that will help me give each customer a great experience.
    I would be a great fit for the company because I am Safety conscious, consider myself a people pleaser and I make sure the passengers are comfortable and happy.
    Because I have a lot of relevant experience. I listen without judgment.
