    We had a corporate buy out of our restaurant, and a family of four didn't get the notification. So they showed up, and we're VERY disappointed. So rather than them walking away feeling let down by us, I suggested we could serve them in the private dining room, and the company using the rest of the restaurant would never even know! And it worked! The family had never had a better experience. It also made me very happy! I volunteered to turn an unfortunate experience into one that will forever be memorable to all of us!
  5. What do you like most about your current position?
    Seeing the enthusiasm and excitement of our guests as they enter our dining room, and being able to provide them an ultimate experience, which results in them returning over and over again!
  6. Why would you leave your current job to come to NetJets?
    Because I would love to expand my professional skills and customer service to an elite service airline, which I believe is NetJets.
