Read Page 1 ... ourselves for a minute. They ask us to state our number and our name -- then they asked us several questions.   You can't go over a minute because they will cut you politely. Once everybody was done, they said that we would be contacted for a face-to-face interview if we were selected. They were only selecting 25 people. I was contacted the following Monday for an interview on that same Thursday. It was a group panel writing down things while you spoke.
