  The guarantee is for a specific company, not all companies.

  You must attend the interview and provide proof you were not hired. Failure to attend the interview or if the interview is cancelled, that does not count as not being hired.

  We will refund the most recent charge on your account, NOT multiple charges. for example if you upgrade to a Platinum account in January and are rebilled every 30 days through August you will get 1 refund, not 8!

  You have 90 days from the date the money back guarantee is offered to request a refund. Claims must be submitted within this 90-day window or the guarantee will expire.
