This didn't happen during my interview, but I have heard he will ask more complex and difficult questions relating to more IFR areas.   6. The interview day began at 8am and consisted of three stages. The first was a written test consisting of 50 questions drawn directly from the IFR written test. You have one hour to complete them all. Terri, the HR lady, graded the test. Then Greg, the chief pilot, and Luke, the director of training, came in started the panel interview. Terri started by asking typical HR questions about why you want to join ACC, career goals, how does this job further those goals, why should we hire you, etc....   8. It was a really awesome interview experience. I flew in the day before and stayed at the Clarion. They have a really good rate if you mention you are interviewing at ACC. Hotel restaurant was good. Had dinner, a quick workout and then rested for the interview. Shuttle took me to ACC's front door around 8 AM.
