FREE Allegiant Air pilot interview information and gouge

Interview was great, well relaxed, and they are great folks to talk to. In the morning you come in for their presentation. About five applicants in my group. The chief pilot and HR introduce themselves in the room and they present with a slide show on the screen, and we get a few breaks in between for coffee, bagels, and beverages. We each get called in one at a time for the interview that lasts about 15-20 minutes.... Continue Reading this Interview Experience

  1. Mar 10, 2020 Gave us an overview of the company in a group setting, they then invited each member back for one on one interviews. Four people on the board, they just asked you questions directly off of your resume. After one on one, you go back to waiting area and they give you feedback once everyone in your group is done interviewing. No planned class dates as of now but they are estimating late summer for next new hire... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Mar 10, 2020 Previous gouges were spot on. The day begins with an overview of the company FAQ's, questions and benefit info. We were told if selected we would be placed in their pilot pool looking to start at the end of the summer. Very relaxed atmosphere and very friendly people. Interview questions were tailored to your resume and experience. Additional questions were asked, (view the study guide of this website).  They offered me the job after interviewing the other applicants. Then... Continue reading this interview experience

  3. Mar 10, 2020 Four were scheduled to interview in the morning, only two of us showed up. As stated earlier, very pleasant and welcoming experience. Went trough a presentation about the company with a member from the HR department. Then called individually into a room with a three member interview panel...two pilots (one a chief pilot) and the HR individual. No surprises, no technical questions, no tell me about a time questions. Simply went over my resume, asked a few questions to get to know me... Continue reading this interview experience

We each get called in one at a time for the interview that lasts about 15-20 minutes. No technical questions. All HR questions with TMAAT. (view the study... 5. Feb 25, 2020 It was a very relaxed interview environment, the whole process took approximately 4 hours. First hour was a presentation about the company. Then the order for interviews was determined on a volunteer basis. Each interview lasted between 10-30 minutes. Mine consisted of; a guided "tell us a bit about yourself" based mostly on what was on my resume. (view the study guide of this website). That was it, unsuccessful candidates were dismissed, successful candidates congratulated and... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Feb 18, 2020 Other gouges very accurate. Allegiant initiallly makes you feel very comfortable & invites you to be relaxed at the facility the moment you arrive. Quite honestly they are only looking for someone wanting to be in base (discourage commuting) and staying long term rather than moving on after the type. The presentation stated around 100-150 more new hires the rest of the year. The interview in my opinion is tailored to your history and how you fit into your company. The Face to Face... 7. Feb 12, 2020 Very laid back interview. I signed up for the afternoon slot in Vegas. There were 7 of us. 6 were offered jobs. 2 of us had mil rotary experience and were FOs at 121 regionals. All of the other applicants were regional captains. Everyone was very friendly. Low threat. They gave us an hour long powerpoint/pitch about the airline. Then we were all called in individually to interview with 2 chief pilots and an HR lead. We discussed my resume, my logbooks, and my training experience... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Feb 11, 2020 It was a simply interview. 1. talked about my resume and my aviation experience. 2. I was asked about check ride failure, faa violation, anything in my pass that would come back to harm my aviation career. They gave me a scenario. (view the sim/scenario section of this website). I when back to meeting room. When all the interviews where over. The chief pilot led me out and told me I was not chosen at this time. He did give me a path to return back in a... 9. Feb 11, 2020 Very relaxed setting. Do a meet and greet then PowerPoint on company. Answer any questions from the group of interviewees. Pulled us individually to interview in front of a 3 person panel. Asked mostly my history and why Allegiant. They let us know that day if we had a CJO and did drug test that day. My class date is postponed due to COVID... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Feb 04, 2020 Recent gouge after airbus fleet is accurate. No sim. Limited tech questions. The in person interview seems to be specific to each applicant. They make a concerted effort to get to know each applicant and determine as best they can whether or not you fit their corporate culture. Very focused on hiring long term employees not ladder climbers. Overall a positive experience. Everyone in my interview group was hired. All had current 121...
