Interview was great, well relaxed, and they are great folks to talk to. In the morning you come in for their presentation. About five applicants in my group. The chief pilot and HR introduce themselves in the room and they present with a slide show on the screen, and we get a few breaks in between for coffee, bagels, and beverages. We each get called in one at a time for the interview that lasts about 15-20 minutes.... Continue Reading this Interview Experience

Mar 20, 2024 The interview was very chill. The first part is a self tape interview questions with multiple takes except for one question which is "What values do you bring to Allegiant" which they give you one take and done. This question is random and not necessarily at the end (which I assumed). I got it in the middle. (View the questions in the study guide of this website). The 2nd part (presentation and one on two with 2 captains) starts with an hour presentation followed by the... Continue reading this interview experience

Mar 13, 2024 The interview was just as subscribed on this website. Talked about my résumé a few scenarios that were on here already. It was just a friendly conversation with me and two other FO’s. Started out the morning with the HR presentation and an hour later I got a call with the CJO. Very relaxed interview asked if I wanted to lose the coat or tie and overall a very nice... Mar 12, 2024 First we did the group interview which was basically a PowerPoint in which Allegiant talks about how great they are. After that, everyone logged off and then logged back in later for our scheduled 1 on 1 interview. (view the study guide of this website). Talked about my prior job experiences. It was the weirdest interview I've ever had. I don't think we discussed anything aviation related beyond my flight times and what aircraft I'm currently flying at my current job. I heard... Mar 06, 2024 As other write ups have said, the first portion was purely information about the company and very relaxed. Be sure to be in business attire as they commented that was the first test. The actual interview was relaxed, they offered for me to lose the tie and jacket but I said I was good, and they understood. They started by going over my resume, asking me to explain any gaps in employment. I was asked three technical questions, (view the study guide of this website). They were looking... Mar 06, 2024 The website is spot on. Smooth experience. The recorded answers are as advertised. Be ready for any one question to have a single record…the others you have infinite. Overall, very relaxed with a good sense of humor. They just wanted to get to know you and make sure you’ll be a good fit. Some HR questions, resume review, what would you do scenarios. Very helpful with any questions you may have, even post interview. Got the call an hour after the interview with... Continue reading this interview experience

Mar 05, 2024 Had two people in my interview, one handled the HR, technical and scenario based questions and the other went through my resume and asked questions based on that. Interview started off with flight times. Just went through all of the ATP minimums to make sure they were met as well as total time, hours in the last year, and most recent flight. Then HR questions, (view the study guide of this website, including the Sim/Scenario section). He told me he knows that I can spew out the... Continue reading this interview experience

Feb 29, 2024 The first part of the process was a very easy record yourself interview. You can re-record yourself as many times as possible. They asked about failed stage checks, your background history, why Allegiant, how you got into aviation...etc. For the actual interview it started with a presentation about the company with all the other applicants that lasted about 1 hour. Then you will do a 30 minute interview with a pilot. Make sure to have all your flight time totaled and know the requirements... Continue reading this interview experience

Feb 29, 2024 I interviewed for the Accelerate Pathway. The hour briefing before the interview gave some helpful information and they really want to emphasize how different they are from the other airlines. The actual interview itself was very conversational. Started out with some yes/no questions that are just checking the box (ie. FBI background check, can you work in the US, etc.). You will also go over all the applicable hours towards ATP (keep in mind they don't count the night landings thing towards... Continue reading this interview experience

Feb 22, 2024 After applying to the Accelerate program, I received an email for a video interview. Interview was simple and asked basic questions about who you are and why you’re choosing Allegiant. After that interview is completed and reviewed, you will receive an email to schedule the virtual interview. This interview consists of an hour presentation of Allegiant and a thirty minute one-on-one interview sometime after. Interview was stress free. Most questions were based on why Allegiant and my...
