Overall, pretty straightforward interview. Talked about some HR questions, (view the study guide of this website). Then scenario based questions then knowledge based, A few scenario based questions using plates. ATC clears you for this, what do you do etc. Briefed an approach How would you go missed when circling and you lose the runway? You encounter freezing rain what's the temperature above you? Walk me through how a constant speed prop works What's VMC? Describe what a... -

Applied with the above times 2 months ago. Got a call from recruiting about a month later with some follow up questions. They asked me if I would be ok with floating and if I had any base preferences at this time. Clarified some of my flight times: how much of my IFR was actual vs simulated, how I got my turbine time, how much multi-engine I had etc. With this being a month later they were attempting to get me into a class for this month, however they ended up bumping me to next month I got... -

Helped prep for the technical questions. Was accurate to what they will ask. Just study like an instrument checkride and you’ll be golden! I would also study up on some 135 regulations just to have an understanding of how a 135 operates. Show that you want to be there to become a better pilot and not there just to scrub them for flight time. Show them your a leader and team player. They want heavy IFR experience in six pack as well so the more prepared you are for that you will... -

The interview process took place over two days. On the first day, I had a phone interview, and on the second day, a technical interview was conducted. The technical portion began with a standard “Tell me about yourself” question, followed by a series of scenario-based and knowledge-based questions covering a range of aeronautical topics. (view the study guide of this... -

Interview was one minute, they just asked me my flight experience but the girl told me inmidiatly that they do not hire pilots with only glass cockpit airlines experience because the fly gauges and she said that we aren’t capable to pass that training,!so just be aware if you have turbo prop under your belt sound like a great...

The interview experiences and study guide were very informative and close to the actual interview. Definitely recommend!! My biggest tip is to study hard for the training- memorize your flows and emergency items, along with all of the aircraft limitations. It is tough, but overall not impossible if you do what they tell you and study...

Just HR questions. Gouge is exact. Questiom about current flying job, domicile wants and check ride fails. I think interview of Ameriflight is about the pilot demand of the company and flight hours. If you are qualified for part 135 pilot flight hours requirement and the company needs pilot, you will be...

Initial phone interview was straight forward and focused on verifying my flight times and experience. Question was asked if I would be willing to relocate to any of their bases. Interview with pilots was based on IFR procedures and the current plane I fly. Reviewed my flight times again and asked about any training failures. They are looking to hire pilots each month for a while so be honest, be prepared, and don't give them a reason not to hire you. Study questions on this site were good to...
