It was all very simple...the Interview questions on this website were almost exactly what they asked me. I felt very prepared walking in. They flew me out for the interview, I arrive to the DPJ office a little bit early so I had to wait. I got introduced to everyone and... Continue Reading this Interview Experience

  1. May 21, 2020 These questions were spot on. Just study the gouge, the Jepp charts they send, and brush up on basic instrument knowledge and you’ll be fine. Very laid back and a nice group. As soon as you answer a question to on they said great and move on to the next one. I stumbled on an easy question and they helped me through knowing it was just nerves. Good... 2. May 15, 2020 It began by me walking through my resume with the person from HR and the Pilot. That process was fairly straightforward. In between they asked a few questions about my specific experience. After that the HR portion continued by getting asked general questions. Simple stuff that didn't take any sweat. Moving to the technical portion, I was asked about how I would find a WSJ in the middle of nowhere. Keep throwing answers to show that you are trying hard to find a solution. The captain... 3. May 15, 2020 Interviewed online which is the norm these days. It was about one hour and started with HR first then did the Tech portion. Both the pilot and HR interviewers were beyond friendly and informative. The questions asked were all from this websites study gouge. They did ask one that I don't remember seeing. Other than that, it was very mellow and straight forward as well as the The JEPP chart portion. They definitely focus on Safety of course and customer service. Have a good "TMAAT when... 4. May 14, 2020 Very similar experience to the other applicants before me. Both HR and pilot rep were very enthusiastic about the company and were very open to answer all questions I had. They said safety is #1 and very closely behind follows customer service. Definitely have good customer service service stories thought out as you prepare and put to heart the company values. Technical portion was mainly briefing/talking through the jepp plates and the interviewer will set up the scenario (weather, aircraft... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. May 07, 2020 A week after submitting my app I was contacted for a phone interview that is just HR and flight history questions. I was then emailed dates to select a online interview from. On that interview you interviewed by their head of Pilot hiring and Chief Pilot. The whole process takes 45 min to an hour. Was asked to give a background of my flying career and then it moved on to HR questions. What you see here is almost spot on, with some modifications. Don't get hung up in the specific... 6. Apr 30, 2020 My interview was done via online. I applied for the job in February 2020 after a job fair. Interview Went well the interview panel was a very pleasant Team. One HR and one Pilot. HR just wanted to go over my resume and get to know me. The technical was straight forward mostly going over Jep charts arrival and approach plates. They seem to want to know how you would get along with others one the job. A few scenarios.  I enjoyed the interview nice... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. Apr 23, 2020 The questions on the website were exactly what I was asking. Make sure to have your resume available as I was asked to walk them through mine. HR questions were straight forward with nothing tricky. The technical portion, I was given a taxi route and briefed what I was going to do. I was asked what Hot Spots are on the taxi diagram. The STAR and SID were straight forward and I was asked a few questions about each. Overall a very laidback interview experience where they made you feel... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Apr 23, 2020 Quick phone screen first, then a few days later a online type interview with 1 HR and 1 captain. They do video interviews on Thursdays and Fridays. All questions are basically what was written here. For technical portion, walk through a flight from taxi, departure, arrival, and approach. (view the study guide of this website). Overall very relaxed, both interviewers talked a lot about the company. They said June class dates still stand for now, but most likely there will be no training until... 10. Apr 17, 2020 The interview was conducted online with a pilot recruiter and a current Captain. Started with them talking about their experience with the company and plans for the future. The hr portion was very straight forward - questions on here were spot on. The tech portion consisted of briefing a taxi diagram, SID, STAR, and approach. Nothing really tricky, just a simple briefing with a couple of questions thrown in here and there. Overall very good... Continue reading this interview experience
