  1. Jan 08, 2024 My experience was a little different, I interviewed for managed aircraft for airshare. My interview was more of tell me about different situations, (view the study guide of this website).  Just be yourself and honest. Since it was for managed sided, I then got interviewed by the chief pilot ad then director of client services. Again those just be yourself. I have been in aviation for twenty years and I have learned so much about interviews, one don't lie and two be yourself. I am still... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Sep 15, 2023 I interviewed for a Phenom 300 SIC position. The phone interview was very similar to others here. They asked me about dealing with adverse situations in the flight deck, (view the study guide of this website).  I was informed after my interview that the position I was interviewing for had been filled and their SIC hiring was frozen until late this year or early next year.  I hope this changes for whoever interviews next. Just a lot of HR questions. Be yourself and you'll be fine.... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. Jun 15, 2023 The interview started at 8:30am. First part of the day was a Company presentation which was very informative. I personally did a lot of research which was covered in this presentation. They wanted to let you know about the company to make sure it is a good fit for you. You were able to ask questions as they arise. The second step in the day was a test which was based on IFR stuff, runway environment and customer service questions. (holding, tora, toda, asda, lda). The next phase was three... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. May 04, 2023 The information on this website is spot on. There is a technical written test, more of an instrument written exam. Then 3 separate in-person interviews, one of them a 2-1 interview. These are mostly personality interviews, review of your flying back ground, TMAAT format questions. Be ready to have a conversation, be yourself and don't over think it. This is a great group of people, the culture is fantastic and they really want to get to know your personality in the time they spend with... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Apr 13, 2023 There were six others interviewing that day as well. It started off in the lobby, then they took us into a conference room to give a presentation over the company. They give as much detail as they can, and then they give plenty of time to ask questions. Once they complete the presentation, they split up into 3 different interview rooms. There were 4 people giving interviews, but 2 paired up. In between interviews, you take a little 15 question quiz with some IFR, runway environment, and HR... 7. Apr 12, 2023 Very relaxing interview experience. Had a 1 hour presentation about the company and how everything works. Pretty straight forward. You then have individual interviews with 4 people. Very awesome and very easy questions that just find a way to get to know you. In between interviews you do a 12 question written test that’s very basic questions like METARS and NOTAMS. Any pilot should be able to answer it easily. After all interviews you the have lunch with everyone. Overall it’s a... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. The interview process was exactly like the rest of these reviews. Light IFR multiple choice questions, not timed or anything. It is just completed in your free time. Airshare presented a nice overview of the company and business. Awaiting with other interview candidates was quite enjoyable. 3 Separate interviews, 2 with Pilots and 1 with HR. Just be ready to talk about your... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Interview was a good time. The other debriefs on this website are spot on. It starts with a class of about five candidates being sat down in a conference room, meeting the interviewers and going through a presentation about the company. after the presentation they give you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about your intrests in the company. Then they send you out of the conference room to take a break while they set up for one on one interviews. most of the questions i recived... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. All of the other reviews are spot on. The interview process was very enjoyable. We started with an hour of introduction going over the company, etc. They then had us split up into 3 different interviews (most of the questions were related to costumer service, or TMAT). While we were not in an interview, we stayed in the lobby and completed a short written test. Pretty easy test, just don’t over think it. Some technical questions but not very hard, as well as some costumer service... Continue reading this interview experience
