  2. Jun 27, 2019 Toured the hangar and aircraft first thing in the morning. Drove to headquarters for them to do their presentation on airshare. Was 4 of us interviewing. Spilt us up to do the test (basic ifr questions), 1 on 1 w HR (simple questions, view the study guide of this website), then 2 on 1 w DO and ACP (all questions about you, not being quizzed on regs, flying).   3. Straight forward interview, 3 parts; Operations interview, HR interview, written test. Most of the day are them presenting information to you about the company. It will answer almost any/all questions you may have about the company. Ops interview is your standard chief pilot / Director of operations questions, nothing difficult. HR is the same, only about 3 - 4 HR questions very laid back. You do these in two separate rooms, HR is 1on1 and Ops is 3on1. The written test is fairly basic, there... Started the process at Kansas City Downtown airport at their airport offices. Met some of the staff, toured the offices there and took a look at some of the aircraft in their fleet. The process began at 0800 at the company's old headquarters at the airport (MKC) for a tour of the airplane and the facility, and then the company drove us over to the corporate headquarters building a few miles away. The company then gave the interviewees (there were four of us) a presentation about the company that lasted about an hour and a half before the real meat of the interview began. They...
