Spoke to Vaughn for 40mins, started out with small talk nice, polite than straight into the questions. Over all experience was nice, relaxing, be yourself she is super nice and friendly. She wants to get to know you first before she goes into asking you questions. I was asked HR type questions.  (view the study guide of this website),  The interview ended with an overview of the company, next steps she will talk to the ACP (assistant chief pilot), PHC (pilot hiring company) they...

Exceptional conversation with the HR recruiter. Received a TBNT after screener at some point last year, kept in touch and received another screener. It was like we picked up where we left off. Then Questions,  updates, preferred current location/future moves, (view the study guide of this website). I was provided a date to come for an in-person...

Just as everyone wrote. Use the study guide! We showed up, 7 of us, and they had us wait in the lobby before Vaughn came and grabbed us. We listened to their presentation of the company from the assistant chief pilot, which lasted about an hour. They went through everything from ops to benefits. After that, we were put in a small room where we waiting for interviews and completed that written test. We all worked on it together-don't hesitate to be vocal and work on it together. We all talked...

30 minute phone call with VAUGHN. We got right into it, (view the study guide of this website). They want to know you've done your research and that you actually like the company. All of the employees at Airshare seem to be VERY proud of the company.  She gave me the rundown of the company, pay, benefits, etc, and then she answered any questions that you have (bring some). After the interview I was sent an email follow up requesting records. I was told the next in person interview...

Similar experience to others. Met in the lobby with 6 other candidates all for the Fractional SIC position. About 8:45, we were brought up to the Airshare floor where we dropped our belongings in a room and then were taken to a conference room for a 45 minute presentation on the company. After the presentation, we were taken back to the original room and given a written test to be completed with each other while we were pulled one at a time for a 1 on 1 HR interview and a 2 on 1 interview...

As described here, the interview consists of them flying you out to their HQ in Kansas City. You will start with a company presentation and be given the opportunity to ask them any questions you may have. They said that anyone can be trained so they look for someone they can easily get along with, is personable and can interact with the crew/pax. You will then take a written test, it is super easy basic IFR and declared distances. Afterwards, you will meet with someone from HR and...

Phone screening with Vaughn. Overall very simple and most of the questions were from the study guide. Why Airshare? Tell me about your background TMAAT questions... TMAAT: A flight didn't go as planned, you went above and beyond for someone. How do you stay up to date/current with regulations and keep learning? Then it's an overview of the company and what steps are next if you are able to...
