  • There is a phone screening youâ??ll complete first. During that call, they typically ask â??Tell me aboutâ?¦â? questions, such as why you're interested in Airshare, your career goals, and similar topics. After that, theyâ??ll give you an overview of the company. If you're selected, you'll be invited to an...

Showed up, waited in the lobby where we were greeted and brought upstairs. We then had a presentation about the company, a written exam (a couple basic ATP and IFR questions and a few customer service questions, all multiple choice), and two interviews. One with the CP and HR, and one with both ACPs. Both were very similar, simple, no tricks, just trying to get to know you. Then we all had lunch together and that was all! Stress-free environment, just trading stories. Nothing technical to...

Had my recent phone screening this past Monday, overall was a great experience! I ended up chatting with the Talent Acquisition Expert; she was very kind and genuinely wanted to get to know me a fair bit before we dove right into it. The phone screening lasted 42 minutes from me with all the questions that were provided on this website with no curveballs. The experience overall was very enjoyable, relaxed, focused more about why I was interested in Airshare and the TMAAT Q's. While writing...

Started off the interview by meeting in the lobby with the other candidates and getting to know them and everyone was very nice. Shortly later we were escorted by the recruiter up to a conference room where they gave about an hour presentation over the company. After the presentation we were all put into a very small conference room where we all worked on a written test together (basic IFR and TMAAT style questions). After this was completed together we all waited until each of us were...

I had an interview with Vaugn that was scheduled for 30 minutes and end up lasting close to an hour. She is an absolute nice person. She made it a low stress experience. TMAY (view the study guide of this website).  Overall a good experience. I applied for a managed aircraft. I spoke to the chief pilot two weeks after the initial interview. Went well, he went over the daily operation. I am now waiting to hear back from the Director of Operations for third...

Everything posted here beforehand was very accurate and helped set expectations going in. The overall experience was extremely positive. One question that caught me a bit off guard, (view the study guide of this website).  Everyone was awesome, welcoming, and easy to talk to. They did a great job of creating a relaxed environment, which helped a lot with nerves. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I left feeling even more excited about the opportunity and canâ??t...

Overall the phone screening was a great experience, very straightforward and to the point, but Vaughn is very friendly which made for an overall pleasant experience. It was a series of TMAAT questions, none different than the study guide found here, then some info on the company and steps moving forward. I should hear back in a couple weeks about a date and time for the in person interview, which is expected to be mid April or Early May. Hoping to be able to update this...

Vaughn is a rockstar. The phone screening I did with her was around 50 minutes. It was all TMAAT questions and she was so nice, it didnâ??t feel like an interview. It felt more like a conversation. It was superb. After she asked me questions, she then proceeded to tell me about Airshare. Itâ??s the hidden gem in my opinion. She said she â??liked how everything has goneâ? and that she wanted to extend the interview opportunity to come to Kansas. Will hear back about doing an interview...

Overall it was a very straight forward phone screening. Vaughn is very friendly, but straight to the point when getting into asking questions. Follow the study guide and you'll be well prepared, there was nothing out of the blue. Once done with questions it was a quick run down on the company and next steps, I am still waiting to hear about the in person interview, though she did say mid April to mid May so I am holding out...

My interview was a 30 minute call. I was asked HR/ TMAAT questions all from this site, and told me about the company. I Will hear back from them 2 to 3 weeks after the call. In person interview would be in Spring and earliest training date is also Spring Interviewer Explained 8/6 and 7/7 schedule. Very relaxed and fun...

I enjoyed reading other peoples accounts of how their interview went. It painted a picture of what to expect, the format and what specifically to study for. When my interview came, it was presented in the exact same order as all the ones on Aviation Interviews mentioned. It was super helpful.
