  2. Mostly the same as what you can find on this website. Your papers have to be in order exactly like they demand. I had a small deviation with it. The group exercises were quite tense and about the non-aviation themes - company's economics, after - the critical situations etc. 2 guys from my group were constantly creating the number of funtasticly effective ideas and solutions so it looked like they do it everyday.   9. The video interview was reasonably straight forward. A total of three questions were asked individually and I was given 30 seconds preparation time before my video response for each was recorded. I was given a different amount of time to answer each question, the shortest amount being one minute and the longest being 3 minutes I did a couple of practice runs on the video application before starting the real interview.
