I got to the interview about 2 hours before the interview time (they want you there about an hour before) and I was the first applicant there. Four other people were also there to interview at the same time. One person was aviate, one was a captain working at a regional, and two were miltary. About an hour before the interview time a pilot came to greet us and gave us a small tour of the place, mostly history of the company and stuff about the training center. After that he left us in a room and told us that we would be taken one by one to rooms to interview with a pilot and HR person. When I went for the TMAAT portion I left all my documents out of the room until I needed them for the technical portion. I was pretty nervous when starting out in the TMAAT portion. When I was introducing myself I stumbled on my words for about 10 seconds and then the interviewers stopped me and asked if I would like...

Interview was pretty straight forward, pretty much exactly how described in the previous reviews and study guide was pretty spot on. The tour before hand was very interesting and tons of people said good luck! A lot more basic than I had thought it would be. I was mostly preparing to answer multi engine questions and talk about that sort of thing and act like a flight instructor however most of the questions asked were pretty basic and simple instrument questions regarding legality of... -

The interview was as expected based on the submissions from others. I was greeted by a security guard before I got into the building who wished me luck. I was the first to arrive of my group and got there about 1:30 early. We were told to wait in the cafeteria and wished luck by a lot of pilots. The pilot giving the tour took us back about a half an hour early since everyone for the time slot was present. After the tour, the pilot answered any questions we had as we waited for our... -

Stayed at the Hotel across the street the night before. My interview was at 10 AM and I started walking over at 7:30, arriving at the north gate about 5-10 minutes later. Walked up to the pedestrian gate entrance on the left hand side and they opened it for me and then I just walked straight to through the underpass and into building b to talk to security. They checked me in with the iPad and had me store my stuff just down the hall to the left in building a. Then proceeded to the cafeteria... -

The interview is no surprise. It goes down exactly how the study guide says so. Just review the study guide, memorize the stabilized approach criteria, and show up on time. Dress for success and make sure all your documents/logbooks are neat and in... -

Morning of interview I checked in among 4 others and where we dropped off our logbooks and documents and headed to the cafeteria to wait shortly after. We then were given a tour of the headquarters and were put in a room to wait for our interviewers. One by one we were grabbed and walked to the interview room. Once in, everybody introduced themselves and the interview started with tell me about yourself. A time where were in a stressful situation, a time you were pressured to do something,... -

I flew into DEN the day before my interview to make sure I wouldn’t be late since my interview was in the morning. I stayed at the hotel right across the street from the training center. Arrived to the training center 90 minutes early and sat in the cafeteria. I talked with a few others who were interviewing before we were given a tour of the center and the museum. We were then taken to a room and waited to get called. There were 4 of us there. 2 were military. Me and the other were... -

It was an all-star method question about time. You were graded on the star method, which could be about anything, not aviation-related. For example, if you disagreed with your supervisor or manager about something, you would have to star method your answer and you could take your time, but it wasn’t a race or... -

Interview was once again pretty straightforward, went to the cafeteria and wait on a pilot to take us on the tour and bring us to a classroom to wait. There were 3 other pilots interviewing. Another United pilot came in and called my name to come to the interview room. I was given 8-9 tmaat questions and then the standard why United question. Took about a 5 minute break and then went for the technical portion. Was mainly IFR stuff (airspace, holds, airspeeds, weather mins). And then some... -

My experience was much like everyone else on this website. I recommend taking the shuttle from the airport to the United Facility and then over to the hotel from there(much, much cheaper). The morning of the interview, I had all of my things prepared and rode the shuttle over (30 min before I was supposed to be there) and checked in with my logbook and documents. They will direct you to the cafeteria just as everyone else had mentioned and I was one of 4 being interviewed(the only one for...
