I had a great interview experience with Envoy. They did a fantastic job conducting the whole interview process and everyone there was welcoming and friendly. I do believe that if they have called you in for an interview they are planning on offering you the job and it is truly yours to lose. With that being said however, I would highly recommend preparing like it was a checkride or a major airline interview. Show up well dressed (nothing too flashy) and conduct yourself like anyone you meet in the building could decide whether you get hired or not (be professional). For HR I and the technical I used the study guide from this website which was very accurate as to what they ask you (especially the first 100 questions). I also studied the Jepp user guide. I would also recommend practicing briefing Jepp plates in order of a flight. for example: start at ORD, read METAR/TAF (do you need alternate) brief taxi route, hotspots LAHSO, takeoff mins etc, then brief the SID, then enroute chart, MORA, MOCA, MEA, etc, then STAR...

It was a great experience they take care of travel and hotel. They will email you directions, but basically first floor turn left at the bottom of the stairs. I had the triple meat burrito and it was indeed good. Others got omelettes. They will have you gather your documents and then upstairs you go. In the conference room they do their slides and introduction while you eat your breakfast. After that is done they will have you wait, and then start taking you out in groups of 3. Questions... -

Envoy did a great job making our group of interviewees (7 FOs and 2 cadets) feel relaxed and comfortable. Our shuttle was about 20 minutes late, and we were met at Envoy HQ by several HR recruiters and pilots. After going over our paperwork, the recruiters gave a presentation about Envoy. Then it was on to the interview portion, and they took us downstairs three at a time. I interviewed with a recruiter and an FO, both of whom were very laid back and we shared some laughs throughout the... -

Overall, just like the study questions on this site. The interview started with an early wake up and shuttle from the hotel at 0620 to Envoy. You turn in your logbooks and head to the HR brief of the Company. After the brief they take groups downstairs to a holding room for the interviews. You will be met and brought to a room individually to start the interview with HR and a Pilot. Take your time with the Jep charts and don’t rush. Just like previous interviews mentioned here. No... -

Study this guide, be calm, dress professionally, well groomed, make sure you follow ALL directions in the emails they send you leading up to the interview, I was asked nothing that wasn’t in this guide. Study Jepp charts. The team makes the process much more relaxing once you’re... -

The questions on here are spot on. There were no surprises. Get a good nights sleep before, show up well prepared with paper work and copies as needed of the items you’ll need. My log books were not the neatest. I kept a digital logbook and printed that with all req’s tabbed and highlighted along with all originals. Great group of people. Our whole group got a CJO. Best of luck to... -

Great experience, just like all the other reviews. When you get there, they take your paperwork, you will go upstairs and have breakfast while they give you the company presentation. Then, after that, they will start doing interviews and take 3–4 people down at a time. Interviews are around 20–40 minutes. They will ask you questions from SID, STAR, taxi diagram, and some METAR stuff, plus a couple of HR questions. If you study the gouge, Jepp charts, and METAR stuff, you will be... -

There’s nothing new here that you haven’t read before. If you are up-to-date on your aviation regs and instrument procedures you will be fine. The only thing I really had to spend time on was switching to Jeppesen charts. We got up very early, shuttle from the hotel at 6:20. Arrived in a room and laid out all of our documents. Then we moved to the upstairs conference room for a presentation and breakfast. There’s a whole menu so definitely more than just a burrito. The... -

My interview experience was very similar to many others on here. Van picks you up at 0620. When we arrived, they took our logbooks and also took our breakfast order. I'll admit that the burrito was REALLY good! We had a few captains and HR talking with us. They were super chill and even cracking jokes nearly the whole time. Just be personable and don't let your nerves get to you too much. They took people in groups of three and then sent each of us with 1 captain and 1 HR. Interview didn't... -

MAKE SURE YOUR PAPERWORK IS PRISTINE!!! They send you an email with paperwork to fill out. Read all the instructions 5 times over because I guarantee you will miss something. Do not wait until the last minute to fill it out because it takes a decent amount of time. The more organized you are the better it presents yourself. For the actual interview if they fly you out, make sure to dress professionally. They ask you to show up in the lobby by 0610 make sure you are there on time or before....
