I had a great interview experience with Envoy. They did a fantastic job conducting the whole interview process and everyone there was welcoming and friendly. I do believe that if they have called you in for an interview they are planning on offering you the job and it is truly yours to lose. With that being said however, I would highly recommend preparing like it was a checkride or a major airline interview. Show up well dressed (nothing too flashy) and conduct yourself like anyone you meet in the building could decide whether you get hired or not (be professional). For HR I and the technical I used the study guide from this website which was very accurate as to what they ask you (especially the first 100 questions). I also studied the Jepp user guide. I would also recommend practicing briefing Jepp plates in order of a flight. for example: start at ORD, read METAR/TAF (do you need alternate) brief taxi route, hotspots LAHSO, takeoff mins etc, then brief the SID, then enroute chart, MORA, MOCA, MEA, etc, then STAR...

Stayed at the hotel in Euless. FYI there are no hangers or iron there so if you need, bring your own (I brought a steamer). Good Thai place right next door. Van picked up the first group at 6:05. There were flight attendants interviewing that day so it was very busy getting to HQ. Beginning of the day was collecting docs and logbooks and ordering breakfast. Personally I got the breakfast burrito but the menu is really big and Iâ??ve heard the pancakes are really good (also, recruiting is... -

Overall the interview was a breeze. There is a lot of moving pieces especially since they fly you out the day before but it was a great experience. As others have said on here they help you throughout the entire process and are very friendly. Arrived at the hotel the night before the interview, Van left at 6:10am next day for the training center. We arrived, checked in, ordered breakfast and they took our logbooks and documents. it is imperative to bring copies of all the documents they... -

Another vote for the gouge! It was an absolutely wonderful experience to interview with Envoy. We had a relatively small group for interviewing so we all moved along pretty quickly. We started with presenting our documents to an HR representative. We also signed in and placed our breakfast orders. Afterwards, we were walked upstairs and shown to the conference room where we had to review all of our submitted documents for any corrections. Once the documentation all looked good, we began an... -

All reports on AviationInterviews are spot on. I felt well prepared and confident for this interview. 5 candidates (1 cadet) in my interview group. 3 of 5 selected with pre-offers (not a CJO, as there is a review board that finalizes selection 1-2 weeks after the interview). Paperwork review- have everything organized and help the team help you! The HR brief/ company overview is great- awesome company! After HR, the team will start pulling candidates for interviews in a separate location.... -

Interview was exactly as it says on this website. Everyone was super friendly and supportive of you. Genuinely found the interview fun. They truly do want you to get the job and make that clear from the second you walk in. Be prepared for a long day however. Shuttle time is 6:20, required to be in the lobby by 6:05-6:10am. Our van left at 6:10 because everyone was ready. When the van arrived it was all paperwork, log book, and Identification processing. We ordered breakfast. Following that... -

Overall, it is a really good experience. The prior interview reviews are all very accurate, the Study guide is good just make sure you study/practice your HR questions so they flow, and you will do fine. They all want to see you succeed. The interview may have taken 30 mins, and it's just a waiting game from there so they can go over your logbooks, etc. Don't worry if they separate you into groups at the end, that doesn't seem to be the way they tell you if you got the job or not. Make sure... -

Much like everyone else the day started the same. Van at 620 to show up at Envoy HQ. Placed our breakfast order and went upstairs. Due to other things going on with interviewers and charity events we started with interviews (this is was very much an anomaly and the HR/Recruitment team had said the same) before the HR presentation and paperwork. They brought us down 2 at a time and had 2 separate interview rooms. Immediately my FO and HR Rep were very welcoming, and calming. They very much... -

Everything is really what this website says. The interview was very relaxed and both HR and the technical person was super nice. There really was no surprises in my interview at all. Just know the jeppesen charts and you will be great! Just be very personable and talk to each other. 5/6 people got the pre offer. CJO should come later... -

As others have said, the day of the interview starts at 620 at the hotel and then you bus into the HQ. You start off by doing logbooks and all the paperwork you did before showing up. It helps if you have copies! After that they take you upstairs for HR to go over the company and benefits. You order breakfast at this point and then get time getting to know a lot of the group you'll be interviewing with. They spilt our group into two groups some stayed upstairs some went downstairs. At this... -

Everything on here is very accurate. Van is at 6:20 from the hotel, donâ??t be late. Be personable in the interview and with your fellow candidates. We had 5 FO candidates and 3 Cadets. 3 FOs got the job and 1 Cadet. Be yourself, and show that youâ??ll be someone who can be successful in training and someone who they will want to sit next to for 8 hours a day for 4 days in a row. Review the study guide questions here, they are accurate. I recommend to study for Jepp...
