First of all, everything that has been mentioned here was VERY accurate, almost to the T. I did have Envoy fly me out and get me a hotel (its not terrible). The hotel phone was not working for me, and the shuttle never showed up for me. I had to have an Uber pick me up from the airport. Others said they waited almost an hour for their shuttle. The morning of the interview a van was prompt at 0620. Ride takes about 15-20 to Envoy HQ. Very nice building, and very nice staff. Checking in, there were 4 people in my interview class, two for FO positions and two for Cadet positions. We dropped off our paperwork (passports, log books, medical, FCC, etc) and signed some documentation. Make sure you are organized, it really helps. After that we were escorted upstairs and then reviewed our files to make sure all of our...

My experience was very similar to everyone else , very straight forward and friendly. Arrived at the headquarters at 7am where we met some of the recruiters and HR staff. All the applicants got to know each other while they set up for their presentation about the company , feel free to ask questions here. They will ask if you want any items from their cafeteria they have in house. I’ve heard that the breakfast burrito is a good choice. Interview portion consisted of JEPP heavy... -

If you have your documents in order it will make a world of difference. Not a single question was made on any of my paperwork or logbooks. Be ready for a long-ish day. Stay hydrated. Maybe bring a snack or two in your bag. Be a human and kind and courteous. They aren't looking to trick you or ask any crazy obscure questions. Study the guide on here, write your own questions to practice HR-type questions, and make sure they know that you WANT to be... -

Had a great interview. Day started at 6:20 van to the building. Someone came in to take up paperwork, documents and breakfast orders around 7. Then a brief company presentation. They Interviewed two people at a time. The two interviewers were nice happy people. One pilot and one HR. The captain started off with a quick fire 20-30 questions followed by 2 HR then 10-20 more technical questions and 3 HR questions. No TMAAT questions. All technical questions were on the study guide. After my... -

You'll be interviewed by one pilot and one HR person. HR started off with what defines a professional pilot and telling them something that's not on your resume. The technical portion covered was pretty spot on to the gouge on this website. Everyone was super nice and you can tell they really want to hire you and set you up for success so just be a people person and nail the technical/HR and you'll be ok. We all probably got about 60%-80% of the questions they asked right. 5/6 of us received... -

I got the call to interview a week after WAI. They booked travel to and from Dallas for the interview. You stay at a hotel the night before. Try to get some good sleep the night before the interview. You need to be at Envoy before 7:30 so make sure to arrange the hotel shuttle the night before. Like everyone else has said, the breakfast burrito is phenomenal. The morning is pretty relaxed, everyone is genuinely friendly, and they give you a presentation on the company. After that, they... -

It was only me and one other guy interviewing that day, both FO applicants. I believe one or two other applicants were suppose to be there but their flights were canceled because of weather. It was a pleasant experience, everyone was very friendly. The shuttle bus picked us up about 15mins late but we still made it to Envoy early. First they take all of your documents and have you put in a breakfast order if you want anything. After that, everyone goes upstairs for the company presentation... -

The interview is super relaxed. The interviewer was a captain for 7 years. Started off dropping off all of our documents and logbooks, then went upstairs to learn about the company and got breakfast. After that, go into a room and start the interviews. Each one was about 25-30 minutes. Then HR questions. Then Technical questions, (view the study guide of this website). It was super pleasant experience just like everyone says just relax be yourself and talk to others while your... -

Overall great interview experience. This website along with the Jepp guide that Envoy sends you is all you need to feel and be prepared for the interview. I also reviewed Jepp manual (longer) but more in depth (really just the first 80 pages or so). The interview was exactly as previous interviewees stated on here. They truly want you there and make it an enjoyable experience. Started with basic preflight questions, arrow, medical, etc. Then pulled up ORD Jepp Airport page and asked... -

Fantastic experience interviewing at Envoy from start to finish. The recruiting department staff were all outstanding: professional, friendly, and very good at communicating what to expect. Gouge from this site was perfect for preparing for the sequence of events and the interview questions. Sequence went: 1) 06:20 - Hotel pickup at La Quinta, 06:45 drop-off at HQ. (There were three candidates in my group.) 2) Meet Recruiting Team (1 pilot + 1 HR type), begin collecting documents. Side... -

Super pleasant experience at Envoy, the interview was pretty straight forward and simple. Every question I was asked was something that could be found on this gouge or in the Jeppesen study guide they send you. The whole day was roughly 5-6 hours, shuttle pick up at 6:20 AM (make sure you set several backup alarms), met up at 7:30, did a breakfast order and dropped off our paperwork. After that was a presentation on the company, followed by the interviews. Each of us were taken into separate...
