Disappointing experience. Whole process took around 4 months. Applied, a month later was sent an online aptitude assessment test. Was then asked to do a prerecorded 3-question webcam questionnaire, then moved on to logbook and hour review. Finally, a month after that was scheduled for live MS Teams interview. A retired FA and a...

I applied on a Tuesday and was sent a form to fill out the next day for hours. I was invited for a video interview with three questions that I would record the answers to. It included: What have you done to be successful in past training, if we talked to your friends, what is a strength and weakness they would say you have, and why Breeze. Within two hours I was sent a personality assessment and a math assessment. Once I completed those, within hours I had an invite for PRD and logbooks.... -

Final Interview was held over Microsoft teams. It was with a former retired American Airlines captain and a lady from HR. The interview was very relaxed and no technical questions were asked. They asked me why Breeze, TMAAT you worked with someone who was difficult, Tell me about a mentor you look up to and what did they teach you? Why Breeze? Overall the interview lasted about 15-20 minutes. The interviewers were very friendly. I had a great experience... -

The questions present on this site were verbatim what they asked me. I did not get a single question about systems or anything of that nature but all questions about Tell Me A Time When. The interview was a zoom call and started out with them introducing themselves. There were two people on the call, both pilots, one retired from a major and one current with the company. Very relaxed and laid back feel to the interview. I am currently flying 121 at a regional but I am also a clinical... -

This interview was a part of the Breeze Embark Pilot Position. All questions came directly from the study guide gouge. Interview consisted of a retired flight attendant and a retired captain. No technical questions, all TMAAT questions. Lasted about 25 minutes total. Very laid back and conversational style. Overall, very good experience and I definitely recommend using this website to prepare! There were zero surprises on my... -

I was extremely well prepared. I heard back after about a... -

As many have mentioned, the interview consisted of a 30-minute conversation with the Chief Pilot and a former Flight Attendant. I highly recommend studying the Breeze Interview Guide beforehand. There were no technical questions — the focus was on a few TMAAT (Tell Me About A Time) questions. I was asked about Breeze’s core values and was advised to apply these values when answering the questions. Some of the questions included: What would you do if you had to deliver bad news?... -

All previous reviews were accurate to my experience as well. Both interviewers were very friendly and started off by making small talk about where I live. We discussed my resume very conversationally. Along the way they took turns asking me questions., (view the study guide of this website). They asked if I had any questions, or wanted them to know something about me that we hadn’t gone over. Overall, the interviewers were very personable and kept the environment... -

Was then asked to do a prerecorded 3-question webcam questionnaire, then moved on to logbook and hour review. Finally, a month after that was scheduled for live MS Teams interview. A retired FA and a current chief pilot were the interviewers. It began promptly with HR style questions. Was asked about 4 different questions that are exactly the same as on the study... -

After reviewing the question before submitting this I was ask two new questions. I do believe they curate the final interview based of your resume and experience. Since I was 135, I got ask a lot about how I work in team environment, brought departments together, and flight experience, (view the study guide of this...
