  • Read Page 1 ... There were no technical questions, only behavioral â??tell me about a timeâ? questions. Some were unique compared to other trip reports, so it helped to have a variety of real examples ready to go. The interviewers seemed focused on how well applicants align with Breezeâ??s core values. Training and Hiring Information: Training will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah. Training is about seven weeks long, from day one through IOE. Pay begins immediately at the start of training with a 70-hour monthly guarantee. Additional Notes: If successful, I should expect to receive a Conditional Job Offer (CJO) within one to two weeks. They mentioned that Breeze is a bit backed up right now and that hiring decisions are typically...

The interview lines up with whatâ??s been said in the past. Very straight forward and easy going interviewers. Prep your tell me about yourself, why Breeze, and a few different TMAAT. Review the study guide, and youâ??ll be fine. No technical questions for me, but it might be different for a CFI candidate. Hoping to hear back the result in a couple...

After finally getting to the live interview portion I was asked TMAAT questions in regard to their core values, have a Safety related story. The interview was very conversational and the guys were very friendly. I was actually shocked that I was given the TBNT email in the end. Either way, have a why Breeze prepared and just be...

Know the core values and have TMAAT stories that go along with them. The interview was about 40min long. I have 1 checkride failure that they didnâ??t ask me to explain. They were very friendly and just want you to be yourself. Some TMAAT were: Dealing with a difficult crew member, had an unsafe situation, TMAAT you brought 2 departments...

It was about a three month process from application to Interview. I submitted the application in January, As others have stated, I then received the pilot questionnaire, cognitive and workplace behavior assessments, and PRD records request. Then I received the invite for the On-Demand video interview. After about a week, I was invited to do a live interview. The interview was with a retired captain and a person from HR. It was a very conversational interview. They were very friendly. If you...

Went through all the pre-interview process as mentioned here on the interviews and study guide. One note about pre-recorded, I had read there are no chances to redo the pre-recorded interviews. That's true and I was prepared for that but the website plug-in that does the interview says you can re-take it. Not true. Follow the gouge here. Had a retired AA/US Air pilot and an HR professional for the final interview. Interview went well from where I sat (6th airline for me so I've done many...

The process was pretty straightforward, but it wasnâ??t fast. It took about two months from application submission to the final interview. I completed the final Zoom interview on a Wednesday and then received my CJO the following Monday at the end of the day, was told the hiring committee meets on Mondays. The process for me was basically the same as others have described. The pilot questionnaire came first, and then about three weeks later I received an invitation to complete an online...

The interviewers were very welcoming and really help to set the tone for the interview. As others have stated, this is handled more like a conversation where they are trying to get got know you better. All of the questions that were asked were from this website. Itâ??s very worth the investment and the study...

Very relaxing, TMAY and questions, (view the study guide of this website).  We talked about the companies background and what base would fit the best for my lifestyle. Great people to talk to and I felt no stress during the interview. At the end they let me know if I do not get the job resubmit in 90 days and I would get the results back in about a week if I got the CJO or...

The whole process took about 2 weeks from submission to final interview. Each task needed to be completed in 72 hours. Very efficient by airline recruiting standards. DEC has an additional 3 pilot panel interview after the 2 initial interview. They were low key. Do some prep work beforehand and you'll do well. Overall, be...

Both introduced themselves, prior FA and now a talent acquisition rep at Breeze. Retired LCA at American and now doing hiring for Breeze.  TMAAT you mentored someone TMAAT you saw an unsafe situation developing and what you did.  Do you want to add any clarification or have any questions for us? Looking to fill classes next month went over the training footprint, and told if I donâ??t get cjo to reapply in 3 months. I asked for clarification if that was 3 mos from when I applied...
