No big differences from what was discussed elsewhere on this site. Everyone was very friendly, and they really do seem to want to get to know you as a person during the interview. The day starts at 6:45 sharp, have your documents organized EXACTLY how the email tells you because they expect you to hand them in quickly and there's no time to sort.
