  • Delta put on a first class interview process from cradle to grave. 6 total interviewees- 3 groups of 2. 3 main portions: Personality Test (520+ true/false questions), HR interview - 45 minutes, Psych Call (online remote video call). Greeted warmly and constantly given very clear directions on where to go and when. The HR interview portion was approximately 45 minutes and they try their best to relax you by starting with "tell me about you" type questions before getting into a multiple scenarios. I will say, I did not do other interview prep besides the study guides on the website and one hour-long call with a...

Overall, a great experience. Be yourself and you'll do well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Be sure to listen carefully to all instructions throughout the day. They didn’t ask for original copies of any documents, but make sure everything is organized in Sets 1 and 2. The exact order of documents varied slightly, but it was easy to adjust. There’s no need to paperclip originals to photocopies. The MMPI was straightforward; just be honest. It’s 570 questions and...

Relaxed process if you prep and know what to expect. Group divided into smaller groups and assigned specific times for the portion of the interview : break, in person, and MMPI Wait to hear if you got the job, they come out and hand out blue folders and say congrats. then off to paperwork, psychologist, and fingerprints. Polish your stories. Be able to tell your intro story well and with confidence and figure out why you truly want to work for the airline. The more genuine you can be I feel...

No big differences from what was discussed elsewhere on this site. Everyone was very friendly, and they really do seem to want to get to know you as a person during the interview. It is definitely a long day so be prepared for that. About half of my questions flowed naturally from the tell me about yourself question. I had a few questions about past checkride failures and minor mishaps, but I owned them and talked about how I have grown from those experiences and they seemed to like...

Great write ups here already, read through them all and there will be no surprises. The day starts at 6:45 sharp, have your documents organized EXACTLY how the email tells you because they expect you to hand them in quickly and there's no time to sort. Then the group was split, half of us took the MMPI while the other half interviewed. Took about a 30 minute break, came back and did the other and then broke for lunch at the cafeteria. No one ate much because we were anxiously awaiting the...

Exactly as described. Everyone was very friendly and the interview questions were exactly as described. They want you to succeed. Just be yourself and calm down and it will go well. No surprises in the interview. They may give you some pushback when asking questions about the situational events if it's irrelevant. I found you didn't really have to gather more info for the questions given to me but you may have a different...

As described in all the above. Great experience. Day is organized to the minute. Show up ready to go and follow all of their instructions. Show up on time and mingle. Day is split between the interview panel and psychology test. Be yourself, they want you there. Make sure your application is up to date without needing any...

Interview starts at 6:45 Sharp. Everyone goes out of their way to make it not stressful. I started with the personality test, then a small break that I used to grab some coffee from across the street, then the actual interview with 2  Pilots and 1 HR person. Make sure you have all of the required paperwork in order or you won't make it past this step. After they reviewed my paperwork and deemed it satisfactory thes started with basic tell me about yourself question, and then went on to...

My interview was just like most of the peoples here. They asked me questions pertaining to my application. They gave me one TMAAT and a few what would you do scenarios. It's very important to take a deep breath before you answer the question. Answer with confidence and emphasize empathy, safety and BUILD YOUR TEAM. They want to see you utilize CRM. It wasn't as stressful as you would think. Just a nice little...
