Read Page 1 ... were brought back to the waiting area. I was first for the interview. I was brought by the HR person to a small room where there was a small round table. It was the HR rep, two first officers (one being the individual who provided the earlier brief), and myself. Introductions were completed with me being last. I provided my 5 min, tell me about yourself speech. HR started the questions with what got you into flying. I was asked to provide a wavetop brief of my resume. Next was "tell me a time you had a conflict with a coworker." HR then had 10 rapid fire questions. Every question that was asked was on this website. I reviewed the questions the night before the interview in the hotel. Answer what you can. If you don't know, just say so. They don't provide any feedback during the interview. Next came the FO. He asked me to brief an approach. He handed me a paper and had mil approach on one side, and Jeppesen on the other. They don't care which one you use. Next came the other FO. He asked me a question about "you are in the plane as...

They fly you to MSP the night before, and the hotel shuttle takes you to HQ. There is a restaurant next door if you need dinner, and the hotel offers a free breakfast. I had 1 other applicant interviewing on my day. We were welcomed by two FOs (one was training to become part of the recruiting team) and one person from HR. They took us back to a room to watch them present a slideshow that goes through everything from pay to bases to the history of the company. After the slideshow, which took... -

My interview with Endeavor was a fantastic and comfortable experience from start to finish. The environment was welcoming, and the interviewers made it feel more like a conversation than an interrogation. Technical: The technical questions were exactly in line with what you’ll find in your study materials. If you study those thoroughly, you’ll be well-prepared. No surprises there. HR/Experience-Based: Every prompt and question I encountered was consistent with what's posted on... -

The interview began with a logbook review, where they looked over my flight experience and endorsements to get a sense of my background. After that, I was invited into the interview room to begin the formal process. They opened with the standard “Tell me about yourself” and asked how I got into aviation. I shared my journey, highlighting what sparked my interest in flying, the path I took through training, and how I’ve grown as a professional in the industry. During the... -
