I had a great interview experience with Envoy. They did a fantastic job conducting the whole interview process and everyone there was welcoming and friendly. I do believe that if they have called you in for an interview they are planning on offering you the job and it is truly yours to lose. With that being said however, I would highly recommend preparing like it was a checkride or a major airline interview. Overall had a great experience with the interview process. They did an excellent job making everyone feel comfortable and accepted into the environment. Shuttle picked us up at 06:20, we arrived around 06:45, once in the building we got our paperwork and logbooks together and put in our breakfast orders in (burritos were pretty good!). Overall a very enjoyable and smooth experience. You arrive the afternoon/evening prior and stay in a Hotel about 20min from HDQ. Refer to the email attachments they send you through the whole process, especially relating to documents to bring and signing up for the hotel shuttle. The entire day was as everyone else had said on here, Shuttle picked us up at 6:20, We got to the headquarters and dropped off our paperwork and documents. They then walked us to another room for a short presentation on the company and their benefits and what not. Everything was perfectly as described in the majority of the gouge on Aviationinterviews.com. Fly in midday before and put up in hotel. Ensure to follow instructions in the emails to verify you are placed on the list for the shuttle (another person being interviewed was there for the second time and the first, the shuttle never picked him up). The interview experience is just like what others have mentioned. The morning of, The hotel van picked us up at 6:20am and then was a 15 min drive to the Headquarters. When you enter its the Small Hallway to the left you go into and then there's a small seating area.
