May 11, 2023 I had an online interview a few days ago at 10am Dubai local time on teams. The interview consisted of two parts, a technical and psychological assessment, and I was interviewed by both an HR representative named Bota and a young European captain. The interview started with a brief introduction, followed by a series of questions. They asked about my background, my reasons for wanting to join Fly Dubai, and my experience in the aviation industry. They also asked me to describe a situation... Things like math and English, multi tasking, spatial reasoning (selecting where a plane is based on HSI indications), and flying a target through an obstacle field. Stage 3 was uploading video responses to some HR related questions. Stage 4... Continue reading this interview experience

Mostly the same as what you can find on this website. Your papers have to be in order exactly like they demand. I had a small deviation with it. The group exercises were quite tense and about the non-aviation themes - company's economics, after - the critical situations etc. 2 guys from my group were constantly creating the number of funtasticly effective ideas and solutions so it looked like they do it everyday. I had a successful experience to participate at these games in the past but I... Continue reading this interview experience
