Overall the interview was very similar to what has been posted on this website. They do a great job easing your nerves and breaking the ice before diving in the interview. Look through the study guide, practice, and you'll be just fine. It started off right at the top of the hour with an introduction from an HR representative and a FO from the airline. They walked me through a presentation of GoJet (history, aircraft, bases, benefits, etc) and gave me an opportunity to ask any initial questions. Afterwards, the HR...

The interview was very straightforward and both HR and FO who interviewed were very welcoming. Did not ask any difficult questions, really just like the study guide gouge! Go into the interview with the mentality that you've secured the interview and are just showing that you are a good fit and will demonstrate good morals and reflect GoJet's mission... -

This was a Teams video interview with a captain from ORD. There was supposed to be an HR rep as well, but they weren't able to attend. So, the captain conducted both portions of the interview. Started with introductions. The captain told of his background and time at GoJet. Then asked how I got into aviation and what is my background and flying experience. Very conversational and low stress. Then asked the standard required questions of criminal background, check ride failures, have I been... -

Interview was professional and straight forward for the DEC position since I have previous 121 experience. Similar experience as others described. It was a recruiter and a CA. It began with a quick presentation about the company, then a few questions regarding previous flying experience, checkride failures, etc. Then TMAAT questions, why GoJet, what could the company do to improve. Then my technical part was mostly similar to others with a few extra questions, (view the study guide of this... -

Super relaxed and straight forward. Exactly as others described, began with a quick presentation about GoJet, then an "about me" portion, TMAAT questions, Why GoJet, then technical consisting of basic instrument questions, approach plate questions and brief (know your LIDO charts), and some basic situation-based questions (Captain is below glideslope in VMC, what do you do?). Interviewers were professional and courteous. Class date 4-8 months... -

The interview was very laid back. They asked about my background and experience first. Because I had 121 experience, the interview was shortened, but they asked about a time questions, (view the study guide of this website). For technical questions, they asked what do you need to continue an approach past the final approach fix. If visibility drops below minimums and you are past the FAF, do you continue? It was a brief interview due to my experience, but pleasant and easygoing... -

The entire interview lasted about 35 minutes. There was one HR and one pilot representative. Both were very kind and the process was very streamlined and efficient. Started with the HR representative talking about the company, then explanation of checkride failures, and then some TMAAT questions (Trouble with a coworker, Split-second decision). It then moved to the technical portion which consisted of the exact type of questions that previous applicants had mentioned. MEL vs CDL, what... -

My Interview experience was very similar to all the other ones. Go through all the prompts from the last few months and see what people mostly agree on. I interviewed with an HR rep and a captain based in Chicago, remember to ask lots of questions about there perspective. I got the whole Gojets sales pitch and we went straight into the HR portion after she asked me a few generic Yes/No questions. Before hand, definitely have all your flying experiences written down and organized so you are... -

Was nervous as anyone would be. Every thing you need to know is in the gouges and study the questions. It is a lot simpler than what you make it out to be in your head. The HR rep and the pilot were both helpful and considerate. It lasted an hr because we got to talking about different...
