Great experience, they truly make you feel welcomed. Very friendly, enthusiastic, and informative group of people working at Jet Blue. You get to the interview and they will take you up for processing and finger printing. Then afterwords they will introduce the company and its chief pilots. They will pull you one by one for a two panel TMAT session (about 5 to 6 questions). One person from the “People Department “ and a Senior Captain. The questions are pretty much same as every other airline. So if I had to offer an advice, just make sure you smile, answer the questions from a CRM perspective and... 1. Mar 31, 2024 2 part interview. On campus for about 3 hours. Most of the time was a tour and Q&A with a recruiter/host. Very friendly and calm environment. 1st interview was with 2 recruiters (TMAAT-no tech questions), (view the study guide of this website).   2nd part was with a recruiter and ACP (flight hours, failures, why not apply with the majors??). Good... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Mar 28, 2024 Exactly as described in other interview reviews. All TMAAT questions are variants of what is asked in the human resources section. They just word them differently potentially. They are not trying to hide anything, they want us and they’re not afraid to say it. They were just as thankful that we were there as we were happy to be there ourselves. During the time that I wrote this review, I had some buddies that applied with my similar qualifications and they are getting emails saying... Continue reading this interview experience

  3. Mar 27, 2024 Just as described in the other experiences. First is check in/tour. Then you go to a classroom and take turns interviewing while one of their pilots goes over the benefits and hypes up JetBlue. Interview was only TMAAT questions so definitely come prepared with stories of your own! Otherwise it was a really low key environment, they want you there. They said classes are looking like fall time so 6ish... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. Mar 27, 2024 The overall process was very similar to what others have said here. Check in at 8AM with PRIA documents and then head to a room with the other applicants. There were 27 of us that day. They brought us back one by one for the panel interview and then the debrief after. Most of the TMAAT questions were re worded than what is on this guide so keep that in mind. It was very relaxed and everyone wanted to see you succeed. They made it seem like they wanted to hire all of us there. Told us it... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. Mar 27, 2024 Overall great experience, everyone is super nice and welcoming. The experience is very similar to what others have said here. Just be yourself and relax. There were 27 of us there and it seemed like they wanted to hire all of us. Told us it would take around a week to hear back. TMAAT questions, some were different or  asked in a different way, so keep that in mind.... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Feb 21, 2024 All the questions were the same if not very similar to the ones posted on here. All TMAAT questions and resume reviews. Got a nice tour of the grounds and everyone there was awesome. Just read up on the questions here and use your experience to answer... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. Feb 08, 2024 Interview was exactly as specified by others in previous posts. The JetBlue representatives who interact with the candidates throughout the morning are energetic and optimistic creating a comfortable atmosphere. I did the debrief first, and what they refer to as the "competency interview" second. Starting with the debrief I got the feeling that I was not being seriously considered. At the debrief, the assistant chief pilot and HR representative had little interest in... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Feb 07, 2024 My interview experience was much like what everyone else has written. I arrived around 8am and was able to store my suitcase before checking in. For the check in process, you’ll give them all of the PRIA paperwork and your logbooks, logbook form and ATP cert. Then I went into a room with the other candidates where they offered us coffee and water. There were 19 of us total. We were then led on a tour of the campus before coming back to the main room where they started taking us to be... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Feb 06, 2024 Every step was exactly the same in study guide and interview preps. Walked in jetBlue OC, Captains welcomed me. Turned in all docs, and went to interview standby room. Interviews were composed of 2 phases: 6-7 TMATTs followed by another interview with 2 different staffs for going over the resume with checkride history. Interview was pretty straight forward. Got asked why Jetblue for twice and why not Legacy carriers. Everyone had really great smile and welcomed me, but they seems to fail... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Jan 25, 2024 This was my 2nd (or 3rd?) interview with the company, technically. I believe past performance affected how the interview progressed. For example: I did not have a “Tell me about yourself “ question. I was asked a warm up questions, (view the study guide of this website). The TMAAT questions started after...
