  3. Feb 04, 2022 Applied online, and the same day I received an email to take an online 25 question assessment. Most questions were IFR, oxygen requirements, and part 135 related regs. About a week later I received a phone call to schedule a zoom interview. This was a 30 ish min HR based, really just a getting to know you type interview with a rundown on company info.   4. Feb 01, 2022 Great interview experience, totally relaxed and open. The gouge given is all spot on. Just like sitting around and talking to people for a day. The group of contestants was varied, form regional pilots to corporate pilots, young and old. The compass testing is a bit of fun, the RMI section is strange, the old NDB is presented like a old fixed card, but the heading indicator just messes with your brain.   6. Previous gouges still accurate. Flew in night before, on own dime, hotel was provided as was transportation to and from. Interview started at 8am with the human resource department. Filled out paperwork, took drug test, and they reviewed the benefits sheet. Be sure to have all of your documents as they want to review them/make copies. Next was 2 on 1 interview.   8. The gouges were pretty much spot on. I studied those topics and I think I did ok on the written, and ok on the HR and systems questions. Another person that I interviewed the day after got a sim ride but I did not which leads me to believe that I did not  get the job. My letter of recommmendation had something scribbled on the back, and I could not find the questions I wrote in my briefcase which I'm sure made me look unprepared. Dir of trng gave me a timed 30 minute 21 question test, true/false and fill in the blanks, covering the following material: part91/135 oxygen requirements, tstorm penetration, take off mins 91/135, landing mins91/135, 91.175, decode metar, decode taf, decode notam, pirep, and winds aloft, cruxx 4 star lost com scenerio, max hld speeds, airspace spped limits... after the test i sat with chief pilot and dot for around 1 hr.. very nice guys! made me feel at home......   10. Interview was very laid back. Know your oxygen requirements for use 91 & 135 Pressurized and Non-Pressurized and aircraft oxygen requirements. Explain in detail your most recent emergency. Know how to read METARS,TAF,UA & Winds aloft forecasts. Know the systems and v-speeds for the aircraft you fly. What would you do if you entered a T-Storm?
