  1. Jan 31, 2023 Applied and got a call within a week that was to confirm some of my application information, then offered an interview. Did the interview the next morning with Diego. Had to upload documents before the interview. Interview of Microsoft Teams, started off just confirming time, certs, checkride failures, incidents, etc. Technical questions on basic IFR procedures, approach chart, airport diagram. Then a few scenario questions, (view the study guide of this website).  Received conditional... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Jan 02, 2023 The interview began a little late. We introduced ourselves (I had already spoken with Diego 4 days ago to obtain the interview) again. He told me a little about himself and asked me to do the same. We went through a PPT about Mesa Airlines then moved into the interview. Then His questions.  They were so simple and easy to answer. Then to a Jepp chart for PHX His question was can I land if the wx is 49 degrees C, The answer is no because it is in the comments section that it is not... 3. Dec 07, 2022 It was very straightforward. We started with a review of the company and I asked a few questions about their operations. The HR portion was about 5 TMAAT questions and the interviewer was very friendly and made the environment feel welcoming. Review instrument plates and procedures for the technical portion and study the questions posted on this... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. Nov 08, 2022 Short, straightforward interview and process. Online skype interview lasting no more than 30 min. Multiple choice quiz- roughly 8 questions, all to the level of my current experience (cfii) - airspeed restrictions - airspace - weather minimums Approach plate, jep chart- questions on reading the minimums, restrictions in the notes section, expiration date HR questions- no more than 5, fairly generic, why this company, what can you bring to this company, TTMAT safety... 5. Oct 16, 2022 The first part of the interview was a slide show on the company, its origins and the current infrastructure. The second part of the interview was HR questions like "Tell me about a time.. The next portion of the interview were multiple choice questions about basic IFR stuff.  i got asked to choose the correct answer when given three options for what was an example of a mandatory reporting point. After that I was asked to brief a Jepp chart, if we could fly it (due to the temp, and... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Oct 11, 2022 Study questions from this site. Pretty much all covered here. 5 HR questions, One situation (drunk captain),8 Multiple choice technical questions. Was asked about 4 questions on jeppesen approach plates. Asked why plane and base is like. Was told I should get a response within a week. Really nice recruiter and a good experience. The $10,000 bounus is no longer being offered. The new LSA PDP (time building) program is a different program and you must apply to that... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. Sep 22, 2022 Much more difficult than previous gouge suggested (Taken 2 months ago), was asked to brief an approach plate, explain the sections, to include the revisions/ recent changes at the bottom, which seemed to have stumped everyone I met later on that also did this interview. Go no go type questions asked, regarding temperature limitations of the aircraft, and IFR... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Sep 07, 2022 Honestly I did not have actual interview. After a 10 min phone call interview I got scheduled for actual interview trough ZOOM but recruiter called me 5 min before interview start time and said my application looks really good and no interview is needed. They asked me to pick aircraft type and base and emailed me offer letter same day with class start date. Unbelievable and amazing... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Jun 24, 2022 Interview started with reviewing flight times and basic questions that we’d already discussed on the phone. He did a presentation about Mesa that answered a lot of questions I had. We went into HR questions like ‘tell me about a time..’. They were very easy to come up with situations for, and similar to the United Aviate interview questions. We went through 5 multiple choice IFR questions, then a couple questions about an approach plate. The last question was reading a... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. May 25, 2022 I spoke with the recruiter via Teams. There were a few TMAAT format questions…. (view the study guide of this... Continue reading this interview experience
