  3. It was really smooth and had a relaxing flow to it. It was done online, my interviewer was really nice and easy to talk to. Really spent a lot of time talking about Mesa and it’s cadet program along with the aviate program! She gave me different questions based of something happening to the captain. A couple of questions were asked about my previous job experiences in regards to my duties and responsibilities. Really straightforward, relaxed online interview that lasted about 45 minutes. We went over logbook details first and then the recruiter gave a thorough overview of Mesa.   7. Applied to the cadet program and got a call back the next day to set up a video interview. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. HR only. After the video was reviewed, I got a call back about 3 days later on a Sunday telling me that I have been accepted to to cadet program. Went for onboard got where we basically just went out to dinner and completed paperwork. Recruitment guys were really great hosts and I enjoyed my time in Phoenix.
